Rihanna Rocks New Blonde Bangs and Talks Kid Couture at FENTY x PUMA Event

At the recent FENTY x PUMA Creeper Phatty Earth Tone Launch Party in London, Rihanna not only turned heads with her striking new hairstyle but also shared some adorable insights into her life as a mom. The global superstar debuted a fresh, honey-blonde look with chic blunt bangs, complementing her fashion-forward ensemble of an oversized blazer and pants in coordinated earth tones.

While discussing her approach to styling her sons, RZA and Riot, Rihanna revealed to Entertainment Tonight that she draws major inspiration from their father, A$AP Rocky. “When I dress them, I always try to dress them like Rocky,” she explained. It’s a shift from the typical visions of dressing a daughter in cute outfits, as she now navigates the fun and challenges of boy’s fashion with a stylish twist. “You get sons and you’re like, ‘What do I do?’ and I was like, ‘You know what, I have the biggest hack—their dad.’”

In a candid chat with Interview earlier this month, Rihanna expressed her admiration for Rocky’s impeccable style, humorously noting how it challenges her own: “Isn’t he the best? I feel like, goddamn, I look like his assistant. He wants to be in a full Bottega suit while I’m aiming for sweats.”

However, the fashion icon clarified that their wardrobe choices are less about competition and more about practicality, especially when it comes to their children. “It’s more like I spend my time getting the kids dressed to death, and then I’m like, ‘What’s the most comfortable outfit to wear around them? What’s not going to feel uncomfortable on their face or on their body or make me feel like I can’t hold them properly?’ Moms are lazy dressers in real life.”

Rihanna also shared insights into the logistics of managing her sons’ wardrobes, noting how she keeps their outfits organized and passes them down from one child to the next. “I have racks, I have bags. They’re all sized and organized, and then whatever gets too small for RZA, I put into bins so that Riot can have them next. Riot is actually in all of RZA’s 1-year-old clothes already. He’s only six months. Everybody thinks Rocky dresses them because I dress them in Rocky outfits.”

The event wasn’t just about personal revelations; it also marked another milestone for Rihanna’s collaboration with PUMA, further cementing her influence in both the music and fashion industries. As always, Rihanna continues to dazzle both as a trendsetter and as a down-to-earth mother, sharing her journey with fans across the globe.
